Q: What is your jewelry made of?

A: Our jewelry is made up of various materials such as brass, sterling silver, 14k gold and stainless steel. We also use various glass beads and raw stones to give it an extra boho flair!

Q: How long does it take you to ship jewelry out?

A: Because we are still expanding, the ship time is 7-10 business days.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Its free shipping for all US orders.

Q: Do you fix broken pieces? Can I send it back?

A: We currently do not fix broken jewelry unless it has been 14 days or less since the arrival date of your piece. If it breaks before the 14 days, contact us at coastalcollectionsak@gmail.com and we can discuss what has happened to your beautiful piece!

Q: What if I want to return my piece?

A: As of now, we only do online store credit. If you would like to return your piece, you have up to 10 days to do so since the arrival date of your piece. If returned, you will receive a code that has the dollar amount you spent on your item plus shipping costs up to $3. Please email us at coastalcollectionsak.com or use the contact button at the bottom of this page for the address to send the item back. After 10 days since your piece arrived, your purchase is final and we will not accept returns.
